I don't think it looks like he's breaking his neck, looks more like physio or something and I think its a really morbid icon for you to do an alt on.
that being said, maybe an animation would be better in expressing what your trying to achieve?

The only thing you alted was the arms, So if we cannot say anything about the arms then we cannot say anything about the alt?

You should of just continued the arms on from the actual habbo instead ofsticking them on as no it looks like it is literally stuck onto his side.
You need to reduce the shading slightly as it looks a bit too much.
The arm on the other side is too thin for a habbo arm.
