Hello,

SMStoPayPal (http://smstopaypal.com/) offers a service where you can exchange your phone credit for PayPal funds. Of course, there are rates, however, we give you the best rates we can possibly give and as premium SMS rates go, we believe they are very fair, especially as you get the funds as PayPal cash that you can spend on almost any online stores - including HabboxForum!

Here are the rates:

£3.50 >> £2.00

£6.25 >> £4.00

£9.25 >> £6.00

£11.25 >> £8.00

£14.25 >> £10.00

You can withdraw funds from your SMStoPayPal account to your PayPal account from a minimum of £2 credit in your SMStoPayPal account (that's the minimum you can add).

Our rates do make it look like we have very large profit margins, however, the majority of the money that you don't get in your account when adding funds via SMS goes to your mobile phone network. We cannot help these rates. Out of all the fees paid to various places so that we can provide these services, our percentage of the total fees is the smallest. Due to this, we provide some of the lowest rates you will find.

I understand some of you may not like these, but these are the best rates we can offer and it offers you a service that doesn't exist anywhere else.

Before you try and say PayPal already do this, my answer is no they don't. They offer a service where you can manage your PayPal account on your mobile phone, but you can't add funds to your paypal account from your mobile credit. So you could send funds from a credit card on your PayPal account, but not from your mobile phone credit.

I originally started this website due to the ongoing requests I had for a service like this, people would ask me because they knew Tech-Hosts accepted SMS and wanted to pay via SMS and have money given to them on PayPal. So now, it's reality, and I have strong hopes that it will be a big success.

At the current time, I do believe it is the only website/service of it's type. I also think that any new companies who try and compete with it will find it hard, if not impossible, to be able to offer more competitive rates.

We were open for about a day a while ago but found that people disliked the fact that we were using WHMCS, so we have coded a whole new system to make it easier for you to use.

If you have any questions, send in a support ticket or submit a contact form entry on the website - or just PM me/post below. :)

Thanks.

From my point of view - I think that the margin between what you pay and what you get is too much, maybe if you didnt loose so much per transaction - more people would happily use this over credut cards

But, good luck

I've explained how that amount is split up in my post... we can't do anything about it.

You're making about a pound 20 on this - The website that you go to buy it from says that I'm paying you £11.40 for £10 Paypal cash excluding mobile operator fees...

Excluding...?

It's very easy to work out our profit margins if you try.

Since you're dealing with users funds, I recommend purchasing an SSL certificate.
