[UK] NXE Release Time

So the NXE is being released at 02:00am Pacific Time, which mean we don't get the update until 10am but, even worse it may take up to 4 hours to get the new update to every console (according to Major Nelson), so you may be lucky and get the update at 10am or you may get it around 2pm.
