Hey,

Just a quick update to let you know that over at www.youmeo.com (http://www.youmeo.com), we've just launched our new public beta.

We've got a brand spanking new header (Oooh!), support for a load more services (including Bebo!), support for Last.FM song updates and a new iPhone website (http://m.youmeo.com/) (with a new interface coming soon as well as WAP support).

We'll be launching a load of other new things throughout the next couple of weeks, so make sure you keep checking the site :)

If you fancy checking out the site and reporting any bugs you find back in this thread, that'd be awesome :)

Thanks for reading!

I love it, although doesn't look much different from last night lol, apart from the yourhome and some features on the profile.

Yeah, not everything was released today. This is just a sort of catch-up thread with the latest releases.

Same here, extreeeemely slow.
It's normally a lot faster, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the beta.

I pretty much think a new server is in order ;P

I may be something simple, like previously when the status updater was going slow it was because the Friendster code had been duplicated (if I'm not mistaken). So it was pushing it from a 30 second job up to around 4 minutes and 30 second job.

Still a new server would help since our traffic has started to climb quite a bit now, so not everything can be down to the site itself.
