For a burger van?
It's a business task and I can't for the life of me find a proper figure, so does anyone know a rough ballpark figure?
Thanks

Found this on Yahoo:
You would need a food hygiene certificate and a street trades' licence. Failure to get either would make you illegal, unless you set up the van on private land. You need to tell the Inland Revenue you are self employed, but do not need to register for VAT unless your turnover exceeds £63,000 per year. Only charge VAT if you need a VAT number. If you charge VAT when you do not need to, this is fraud!
