I can't see you getting expandable divs coded for free, maybe a simple iFrame layout for free, but most people who will offer free-services can hardly code, no offence to any of them; but the real-coders aren't going to work for free.

There are actully a handfull of people who like to code layouts for free for expirience or just because they need something to do. ;)
