For anyone that has installed TalkTalk...

I have plugged all my router in etc, following the setup disc.

However when it is doing checks that everything is connected, it says connection to router has failed.

It suggests refreshing my IP address, so did that, still no effect!?

Then it suggests checking for non talk talk equipment, well there wasn't any anyway, was just the stuff that came in the box.

Please help!?

The installation disk? I didn't think you needed to install anything. Is it just a guide of how to set it up?

If you are trying to connect to your router wirelessly try using an Ethernet cable instead, then go to http://192.168.1.1 and see if the connect wirelessly option is on.

I was just following the initial disk instructions.

Am connecting via Ethernet cable just for installation.
