Which one? Although the chances of your "Sand Patch" being Jamaican Sand Patch are higher, somebody could've been so desperate that they bought Tiki Sand Patches for 1 HC each.

Not sure you know anything more about rares that a fake staff (if there is one) if you don't post anything that suggests it, though. Anybody can walk into furni shops to collect the data you have there...

Otherwise, laid out clearly, values seem trustworthy (unless you mean Tiki Sand Patch).
