As for content Beutiful.

As for presentation, add colour and maybe images, it makes the report less boring to look at. :)

hmmmm i guess im not used to this type of reporting do u use images colour ect. in staff now?

no, you dont use images and color as staff. it just looks better in public reports, however its optional, so u dont have to use it.
