hair problem too!

I got medium length hair, its spikey with like a lil side fringe thinggg. if you get me. Its light brown and I asked for BRIGHT BLONDE highlights all over.
I went to the hairdressers, a professional toni&guy salon and after I come out and got home I looked and I noticed it was NEARLY GINGER!!!!! and then my brother noticed it looked ginger without me noticing and my mum said it looks light brown!

It really looks hideous and I feel like a idiottttt, my mum says she ringing up and complaining tommorow?

will they re-do it for free...

If it's not the colour you asked for, you might have a chance of getting it redone for free. Customer's always right. ;)

happened to me before. i have light brown hair, got blonde highlights in, looked fine the morning after until i went to school. i sat down in maths and my mate went to me, errrr why have you died your hair ginger? :(

Yup. Toni&guy are good, they redone my hair a few times when it went wrong. lol.
