Well, last august i decided to treat myself to the 20gb Ipod. And since then so much has went wrong with it...
1. The touchpad doesnt work and so i cant turn up/down volume unless i spend 5 minutes trying to unjam it.
2. My menu doesnt work, so i have to find all my 375 songs by using the little arrows and i take about 3 years to do that aswell.
3. My head phones have broke and i've tried other headphones but then i decided to buy the other ones that are all soft and dont hurt your ears, and it turns out they are the bass ones, and they cost me something like £39.99 and all i can hear is the drums and the voice has dissapeared in all my songs :BangHead:
4. Everytime i upload songs atleast 2 of my other songs don't work anymore.

I'm going to take it back and complain about it, it hasnt even been a year yet an already it is close to not working at all. Hmphhh :eusa_snoo

Aaww, they cost soo much and they have defaults. I personally don't like iPod's, I'm sticking with my small but sound 1 GB Creative Muvo :D

What shop did you get it from

You should take it back and ask to swap it to see if they are all like that

unlucky. i got a samsung YH-920 (20gb) and i got it for £40 and its worth £180 lmao.

the main problem out of that is the menu. i mean, you must have great fun looking through 374 songs. :P

lol, what's the point in spending that extra cash on an iPOD, when you could get a decent MP3 player with good memory for so much cheaper.
I mean nobody can listen to 1000s of songs at a time.

I know, Ipods let you store so much songs, the battery doesnt even last long enough to listen to them all.

Its just useless bits mixed with some usefull parts...

Not really. Mp3 players hold mp3 files, and I pods hold something like ips files( which you cant put on cds)

I pods are really overrated. I highly recoment the "Creative Zen" (They have a million different types). My mom has it. Its expensive, but worth it. Click here (http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zenmicro/)

My mp3 is like that creative zen zano plus. Except its the Creative muvo 1GB.
Really good sound, and I've got like 81 tracks on it and I havn't even past half way on the memory. Tis good, the right amount of songs on it. It also has fm radio, record from the fm radio, microphone. And its only £100, which is quite good for that price. Creatvie I think are probably one of the better mp3 manufacturers.

Personally i love my ipod mini. I think they are too expensive, but i use it so much its probably worth it. The battery lasts about 6-7 hours which isnt that brilliant but its not too bad. I love the menu and how easy it is to locate the song that you want whereas some mp3s you have to shuffle through all your tracks to get there. So far it hasnt broken, (apart from when i dropped my headphones in the washing up bowl) but you cant take the headphones back.

The great thing about them is how easy it is to transfer music. And what is the battery life? Something crazy like 14 hours. And it isnt expensive.

I need a new one. My creative is the "Nomad II" which was the second one they made. It only holds about 2 hours, and the memory cards they built for it, which make it hold more, dont work :p They have gotten much better. Ive seen my mom's and it looks awesome.

More than half of the people who i've met that have iPods have had somthing go wrong with them. I won one at a drawing (imagine that- it's the only thing worth more than a free soda that i've ever won xD) and sold it to a kid the next day, because i belive apple to be the antichrist. :)

Plus, i'd rather have three hundred bucks than a music player. I'll just buy a radio, or just listen to the stuff online thanks. :)

Nomad Jukebox Zen Extra is awesome ;) Can hold up to 18,000 songs
Removable, high-capacity Li-ion battery - up to 14hrs continuous playback per charge
# Advanced EQ lets you customize your music playback with Equalizer presets or set your own using the 4-band custom equalizer
# Smart Volume Management™ adjusts the playback volume of all the tracks on your play list so they will remain at the same level without you reaching for the volume control between songs!
# Time Scaling speeds up or slows down an audio track with no distortion
# Environmental Effects simulate audio environments such as "Concert Hall" or "Arena"

Im happy with mine :) iPods are overrated and not that good

YES! The zen is awesome. Probly the best of all mp3 players out today. I dont have one, but my mom does. Yeh, you can change the DSP to what you are listening to, its awesome. It costs less than an I pod, holds twice as much (not that you need as much as it can hold, but that would only be bad if it cost more), has like twice the battery life, tons of colors, man its awesome.

I have an ipod mini and im totally in love with it, i'v filled the memory up though :( I listen to my ipod all the time, its great to listen to while walking. I havent really had a problem with it, even though i drop it alot. At one point the vocals went crazy and echo-y, i shaked it, and it was fine, lol, ok that doesnt sound good, but its been fine for weeks now, it only happened once. :P

I think you get a 1year guarantee thing, so if it breaks it can be replaced??
