How to get them
The easiest ways to get pixels are:
• Logging in daily
• Spending time in Hotel
• Completing Achievements (all the achievements earn you Pixels)

How to spend
Spend them on:
• Rentable products.
Organising a party or arranging a game? Fire it up with special effects!
• Character effects.
Showing off your Habbo? Be the centre of attention with character effects, or use them in different activities.
• Discounts on products

Effects only last an hour.
And i dunno what the rate of getting pixels is. Is it 100 every time you log in? or 50? or is it 200 for each achievement??
Why don't they say.

Every 15 minutes you spend on Habbo you get pixels, something like 20 pixels you earn.

You can't use effects in you're Habbo speedo's either in Public Rooms.

Hmm.. I must admit, pretty interesting stuff.

I guess you're getting extra stuff just for going about your normal life. It might not be the most exciting, but you just go about as normal, and if you feel like floating around a bit, go for it.

I don't expect this to do much more than provide entertainment, I don't wish competitions and rare rewards to be published through this system.

Not one of Habbo's best additions, but I can't fault how interesting it is.

No wait i was wrong, i think the pixels count updates itself every 15 minutes, unlike reputation etc which updates instantly.

Were you active (talking etc)? It could possibly only give pixels while actually active on the hotel to stop people just sitting on HV.

Old habbo was way better now its getting a joke with all the stuff rares aint even rare anymore there used 2 be a few now theres hundreds rares would be better if they was released every 2-3 months that would make them rare not once every few weeks and the pixels are stupid cause more lag more glithes

I noticed it shows how many Pixels you get for each achievement. The highest is 1000 for the Owl badge :).
