Software Update [ipod touch]

It keeps timing me out when i try and download software update 2.2. any ideas?

What do you mean by timeout? Can you provide a screenie?

Well my internet keeps disconnecting whilst im downloading the update, and it never gets downloaded fully. It keeps doing it, my internet has been down for 3 days now, going on and off constantly, i need to recover my ipod but it keeps timing out >.<

Your just going to have to wait until your internet is back or you might mess the download up so it wont work
