Their currently 217k in the Grand Exchange, but people are offering up to 5M on the forums.
You get them as a drop from Tormented Demons (level 450) which you can kill after the new quest.
A lot of people are saying that Jagex is going to change the special soon.. someone in Duel Arena beat a guy with AGS with Dragon Claws. ^^
