I seem to think that the first message is automated but if you send more mods go get involved with it

I don't think so, I reported it like 5 times and nothing, on the sixth I got a reply stating to stop wasting time, great moderation services.

Why bother posting this, even if you think it's new, noone cares.

I think thats the automated message you will receive when you C4H has been 'downgraded' (it's not marked as an emergency).
help_emergency_whathappens=A member of community staff will investigate the situation and take appropriate action. This may include sending you a response with advice on dealing with your issue.

Thats basically habbo's way of saying: if your call for help isn't important enough we'll send you an alert telling you to use the ignore button.
