Keep in mind that I am 13.
Anyway I'm starting to do some simple excersizes at night before I go to bed. Here's what I do: 50 crunches > break > 15 pushups > break > 25 situps.
For my breakfast I try to have protein and carbohydrates so I have nutella on whole wheat bread with some milk.
Any suggestions for thing such as excersizes and my breakfast? Thanks.
