COD 4 - Levels? [PC]

Well I'm playing in Single player, is the last single player level the plane one? When you have to jump out and take the package with you?

I've completed it, and I can't play other levels just Arcade one where I have to beat high scores.

Also, when I got the 'Congratulations alert' it said I could use cheats, but I couldn't.

Help with the things above please?
