is it possible to transfer a domain registered with OVH to another persons OVH account? (im talking about the free .co.uk ones)

You should really contact them about that, only they would know the answer. Try calling them :)

Yes this is possible although you need to fax them details about yourself. Also you may need to pay a £11 transfer fee.
