Habbo Fansite ~ Maybe?

Hello,
I've been thinking about opening a Habbo Fansite.
I really want to do this, but I'm not sure if I will be active with it, spend time on it alot. I'd need some good quality staff though.
The domain and hosting will be bought by me.
Layout would be designed and coded by me, and we'll add great content such as free layouts, news etc.

Basically I want to ensure I'll get staff who are willing to be active and help and manage the fansite, and make sure it gets official xD

Well, you can't make sure it gets official, unless you have special treatment with the Habbo staff. :)

Just make it famous, and then when it's time to vote for official fansites, give +rep to everyone who vote for your site xD

i hate when fansites become official, it seems that they stop trying if you know what i mean.

That's actually true, but every habbo fansite owners dream is to get it official. So getting it official is a huge step :)

Also, it is not easy making a fansite offical, there is alot of steps

TBH for a good new Habbo fansite you need a unique idea which your content is based around.

it will probably fail, most fansites have a good potential (like afterhabbo.net did), but they all end up closing because their not original. People go to hx(f) for the community and radio, habboring for the goodies etc. Think of something unique.
