[TUT] Getting Minimal requierments to complete EVERY quest.

Intro:

So one day, you might want to complete all the quests on runescape to get a quest cape. But, you cant be botherd do go through every window to get all the req skill levels you need for quests. Here, we will tell you the min level you will need for each skill to be ready for all the quests.

The actual guide:
(Alphabetical order)
Agility - 60 (High Agility helps for underground pass.)
Attack - 15
Combat - 85
Construction - 50
Cooking - 70
Crafting - 66
Defense - 65
Farming - 65
Firemaking - 51
Fishing - 62
Fletching - 50
Herblore - 65
Hunter - 55
Magic - 75
Mining - 60
Prayer - 55
Ranged - 60
Slayer - 59
Smithing - 69
Strength - 60
Summoning - 23
Theving - 63
Woodcutting - 72


Key

Green - Value changed (For new quest)
Red - Part removed (Due to Non-needed part / quest removed)
Orange - New skill added / New [art added to guide. (ie: Quest link etc..)
