Recommended Tower?

Hello,

I'm looking to get myself a new computer over the next few weeks as I really do think that my laptop is on its last legs.

What tower computer do you recommend that meets these specifications;

Core2Quad
500GB Disk Space
4GB RAM - Minimum
Not too bothered about graphics cards, but something decent obviously :)
