Yes they are directly sent to you. But you must sign in everyday to receive every penguin and have your email verified.

Trading is down at the moment so I can't check. I would assume they are not tradeable though.

Just got my penguin on AU.
Looks SO cute! Can't wait for them, just hope they're tradeable!
