For some reason, my Viewty is loading really slowly. Whenever I try and access my pictures, it takes ages for them to load and once it's loaded I have to wait ages again to skip onto the next image. Is it because my memory card is 80%+ full?

Yes it is. And any card over 2gb the Viewty will make your phone go SLOOOOOOOWWWW.

It's 2gb at the moment and I was going to get a 4gb memory card.

It doesn't matter how full the MEMORY CARD is, it wont make it go slow. But it may just be a slow memory card.

It's slow because it's trying to read loads of information from your memory card.

Tbh, I have about 400+ images on my phone, but they're only about 50kb each. So should I get a larger memory card?

No, the Viewty probably just can't cope with the amount of information, which in this day and age is rediculous.

I read on ku990.co.uk that the larger size memory cards make the viewty go slow for some reason

Hmm, that's kind of annoying. I've read on a forum that some guy is using a 8GB memory card for his phone and it works fine.
Edit: Cheers Robbie. :)

It may be a software problem. How old is the phone? I know I had mine for nearly a year and I have just had to have it replaced as it was very slow (even slower after I did a master reset) and the hang up and C button wasn't working properly
You will be under warrentey through LG, phone them 08700505123 (will need your EMEI number, when you bought the phone, who you bought it off etc

I bought my phone about a month ago. I'll give LG a ring. Thanks.
