[HELP] Coding [Layout Error] [Archive]

Hello, Im the New Manager of simplyHABBO.com. As I have seen on this forum there has been some up's and downs fro SimplyHABBO Well Im Bringing it Back Variablized the Old Owner got sick of it. My Name is Jack Nice to Meet you all.

While i was coding this layout i have an issue..

In This Picture i have put an red box around the spacing above the banner. I've tried most things to fix it, But it just dosent seem too work

Add this to your CSS:

body {
margin-top: 0px;
}

Or change the body tag to:

<body style="margin-top: 0px;">

thats from the old site he left all the files.. i havent touched any of it he gave it all to me.
lol Atm i have given up over sh and i am just trying to get up my coding skills.
