Is it really worth getting a 360 :S

Hey, well yeah, I'm atm saving for a PS3 but wouldn't mind a 360 its just there bring a new one out like next autumn and wouldn't want it for a year then it being pointless. That's why I would buy a PS3 because there not bringing one out for a while. What do you think?

Yep, only downpoint about the 360 is that live you have to pay for, but its amazing!!

Xbox is way better than the PS3 - I have both and prefer it much more :)

And I wouldn't class the RROD itself as a downfall, the PS3 will break - at least with the 360 you know when it's dead... But I don't think the RROD is as frequent as it used to be?

yup they are, its all over the internet. Tbh would work out same price anyway because 180 I think for the 60gb, then wireless adapter 60 pounds then 40 for a year of live. and at the end of that subscription the new xbox will be out...

Trust me it's soo fun.
Online cost, but is a million times better than PS3. PS3 is dead when it comes to multiplayer.
Theres nothing more fun than playing on xbox with friends :)

Like wireless card etc. If you work it out it doesn't actually work out that much cheaper, me personally would buy a PS3 simply because I've got both and even though they are near enough the same I would say the PS3 had the slight edge over the 360 :)

It includes a free ethernet lead, headset & controller. That's basically sorted, it's peoples choice to use wireless as they probably don't want a really long ethernet lead running down the stairs and into the router.

Go for Xbox 360, it's cheaper, more games, the achievement system is far more better & you'll enjoy it more.

No rumours or confirmation of the successor to the Xbox 360 yet, it's almost certain they won't release a new Xbox 360 in 2009 as Microsoft are busy enough with Windows 7, Windows Mobile 7, Zune and the potential new 'Zune Phone' which is becoming a possibility.

They'd of also of had to of kept it under wraps for a while, new Xbox 360 in 2010-2012 I'd say.

apparently microsoft are currently designing a new xbox. All i have heard is it will be called the 720 but my sources arnt solid so could just be rumours.

at least since you pay for live if a problem occurs they will fix it faster instead of ps3 where its free and theyll fix it 'whenever they get around to it'

Xbox360 because so many games, good interactions and such features as Avatars. If a new xbox360 comes out in autumn, sell the 360 and games, its not like it will be worth nothing.
