Create a Forum

I'm not sure if anyone want's to take on this, but I'm looking for someone to create a forum for me. I've been trying all day, but I've given up, after having little to no luck with skin's and so on. I want a free forum (Invision, phpBB etc.) which will be used as an official forum for my Trade room on Habbo Canada (first on the list, soon to open), as well as a place for Habbo Canada news and general chat. So I guess basically what I need is a Habbo-ish skin for the forum. I'm really not that good with computer's, and I'm not sure if I'll need a host, but I've taken care of the domain name for now. Probably best if you pm me, but feel free to reply bellow.

Ok yes, due to some recent issues that I'm working out, I still need a forum created. It need's to include a Habbo skin, Mod/Admin CP, and a VIP Feature (basically, ability to change the color of user's names). Anything else, like an arcade feature, are thing's that are not needed, but it's fine if they are on the forum. I can make the thread's, so please don't worry about that, but I can't stress the fact I need a habbo skin. If I wanted to, I could go and create a forum right now, and choose a free skin, unfortanetly there are no Habboish one's. hanks.. :P

More concerned about a Habbo layout.
Like a blinking console or a open/closed hand to signfy the thread has new post's etc.

The forum is all your's, and I did state in my first post I need a habbo-ish skin. The forum has also been reported for piracy, if it is indeed illegal (I have a pretty strong feeling it is).
