LG Viewty, simply because I think LG touch phones beat Samsung ones :P

Tesco sells Viewty for about £135. I have a Viewty and I like it a lot. ;)

much better than iphones, and the sucsessor of the viewty and lg cookie, but the renoir costs there £370

3inch touch screen
wifi
