grr permission issue

Ok i can login to my forum admin thing fine and navigate the categories but when i go to do anything within the category's i get:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at zetolic.com Port 80

Any idea's on what is wrong?

I now get a internal server error too :(

If you're a cPanel user, delete your htaccess or generate a new one.
