Never done it before.

It's been downloaded in the right format for definite, when I try and add to my iTunes, nothing happens?! :(

Must be an MP4 file..

It needs to be an MP4 file, if it isn't it won't work. Check the 'Movies' section of iTunes on the sidebar.
