I want one with the functionality of SAM, but working on vista.

lol sam work's on vista? i'm using vista os and sam4 work's perfectly.

I like SAM2 the most, but i think you might have to use firebird rather than MYSQL due to compatibility issues

SAM 4 is terrible.
