k on rs you can type right? and say things well for some resom i cant?
do i need to press a button on settings or somming?

ok check these
1.on your scroll,num and caps lck is the Num lock only on if not put it only on click into type area
2.check your on htttp://www.runescape.com
3.close the browser and reload it up again - happens to me sometimes
4.put it on lowest graphics - if hppning on low try high may be fault with low.

Did you say you were under 13 when making the account?
If you did, you can only use QuickChat.
If you said you were over 13, then you're using a QuickChat only world...Change worlds.
