Go to ragezone.com (i think), go to the Habbo section and download a retro server, then download WAMP, run the retro server, then start wamp, go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin setup a databse, put the databse into the retro server program and its setup.

You need to right click the WAMP icon in the bottom right tray, and click start all services or summin.
