Yes, that is classed as working condition, the scratch would be on the cover i reccon, not the actual screen

Yeh, its still working condition, similar thing happened to chris (Flisker) and he replaced the LCD, if you know where to look they can be quite cheap

Yeah, if it's working it's in working condition. They only recycle it anyway.

Thing thats worrying me is:

Non-Working examples: Broken / bleeding LCD (screen), No power up, Speaker / Mic faults, Broken aerial, etc.

When it says broken LCD it usually means displaying nothing, such as:

Theese companys are very very picky, and even if your mobile was just out of box they wouldent give you the full amount they quote, what they will do is, they will give you a lower offer for it, regardless

You won't get much for that, what the hell did you do to that thing?! Knowing how rugged and how much of a beating they can take you must have driven over it with a land rover or something?!

That looks like an actual cracked screen. The image is what happened to me when all the pixels in the screen burst (the actually screen surface is fine).

Yeah they should do. Although I don't think the keypad thing is a major issue, as they just recycle the phone anyway, but I'd get it just in case.
