If i go out in the cold for a while i start to feel sick, kinda shaky, sometimes pains in my lungs? Didnt used to get this?

Cause if I'm running in the cold my lungs hurt a tadIt's because the Oxygen needs warming up to function well, try your best to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, this'll give it more chance to warm up the air before it enters your lungs, thus speeding up the process. It still won't help you feel normal though, but that's the cold, you'll just have to put up with it.
