atk and str tables

Could somebody make me/link me to a 'table' or something showing me what monsters to kill at what levels when making a pure (training attack and strength).

I started today, level 11 atk, 10 str. Currently traning on goblins until I get 15/15, I don't know what to do after them :P

Also Id do Chickens till 15 in both , then cows for some cash till like 30 ? then do monks for awhile untill like 50 in both, then its up to you, could do hill giants and w/e

go to monk's there easy plus if you get hit speak to a monk and say "heal me"

Al Kharid Warriors are good.

Complete the stronghold of security and train on some of the monsters in there, flesh crawlers and ankou are good.
