Hey,

After realising the TRUE potential of our helpdesk and realising how easy it is to integrate it with your own website.

We're thinking of encoding the helpdesk and licensing it out to people for low-cost fees.

At the moment, the design is to be frank, RUBBISH. I had Richard throw this up, opinions please!

Returned, and I actually think you should keep it like it is. :)

I need it to appeal to others, as we will be leasing out the system cheaply, licensed per month and so we need a design that everyone will like.

Good thing with this helpdesk is that it takes literally 5 minutes to integrate it with a design.

Encoding is the gay way, if people pay for a license they should be allowed to edit the files, it may help with licensing but I disagree with it completely.

How is encoding the gay way? Encoding means that the licensing bit cannot be removed, the source is only editable on the template file for integrating with a website.

Just an idea, but for people with multiple servers, maybe you should make an option to let people label their servers, and the properties on them for quick rebooting, plus an advanced thingie? If you're aiming for a wide audience, you should try that.

The design is horrible. :) Good luck!

Making it in your own layout is easy. you edit the template file and put the %nav% %content% ect where you want. Zetolic uses this support system
