WEBSITE CREATING (SORRY MODS I DIDNT KNOW!)

Dear Habbos,
I am thinking of setting a .co.uk site and i am no good at HTML!
I need a good layout for my site and i was wondering if anyone could help me!
If you follow this link (http://habbofan.com/layouts/layouts/pizzalayout/preview.html) You will have some idea of what i want it to look like!

I AM OFFERING 50 CREDITS FOR ANYONE UP TO THE CHALLENGE!
NOTE: If the site is not up to my standard no credits will be given! But if you can get hover buttons etc i will be happy! Also i want the HTML On notepad! and it must be quite easy to understand (easy as HTML Gets! But just showing me where to put text and where it will be!). You May all enter and PM Me when you have finished with the subject 'habbo layout'

i agree with chimed no point have a site or getting someone to build one if u dont know how to make a site coz u still gotta maintain it go learn it like i did and other ppl, your just wasting money and time by waiting for osmeone to make one and paying them
