What Free Web Host Should I Use?

When designing a website which one would be best for a freeweb host.

I use Ucoz currently but it gets a little boring after a while.

000Webhost (http://www.habboxforum.com/www.000webhost.com) is a great free web host, They provide many features including a control panel, email hosting ect. They do not provide cPanel though
