Hi there.

My mouse dies every few minutes, I can boot into my system then it dies, then I turn it off and it works again for a few minutes. It's a wireless lazer mouse from Argos.

It's not a fault with the batteries, as I've used 6 different pairs.

Make sure the receiver for the mouse is visible, and nothing is blocking it

Clean the mouse

What model is it btw?

Nothing is blocking it for ssure, I've checked, the keyboard works fine as I have a set, it's a cheap set by Mikomi or something.

If it's under 30 days old, Tesco must take it back, there should also be a year warranty provided by Mikomi, which is usually a year for these products. Contact tesco for a contact number

Sorry about that, The best thing at this stage to do would contact argos, and let them advise you on the next step, you can contact them HERE (http://www.argos.co.uk/static/StaticDisplay/includeName/ContactUs.htm#contact) VIA email, phone, post.

How old is the mouse?
