What is "revenge rep"
and what is blue rep?

when you -rep someone and they -rep you cause they're annoyed you -repped them.

well i went on my rep page and some of its blue some of its green and 1 is red

Green means plus, or good rep it adds to your points
Red is bad, or minus it takes away from your points
Grey is neutral, it doesn't effect it.

It's grey. Thats because the person who repped you has no rep power.
