Firstly, He didn't do that. But if he did you dont get banned for scamming in a bet. Habbo remain impartial in situations like that because they'll say you gave them your furni and that its your fault.

Certificates for housekeeping are required, but they login to the client normally, im guessing if they needed certs to login to habbo everytime it would get annoying.
