Hey all, A couple of weeks ago i posted about a site called 'FootySig', but only very breifly, now i have been thinking about it, and wanting to get back into websites, i want to make a site called 'FootySig'

Now footysig is basically like the other social sigs site out there, but based around football, i probably would do it around the English Premier League for starters then try to include more leagues.

Basically you sign up, and then choose your team, You can then choose amongst a wide variety or shapes, sizes and colours of dynamic sigs.

You then can post these sigs onto message boards and forums and sites like habboxforum, as they will only be a dynamic image like other social sigs, and you can choose what you want on it, there will be your username, and the cress of your football team, there last result, icon(s) of the tournaments and leagues they are in, say two icons of the Barclays Premier League, maybe the carling cup, uefa cup, UCL and more. Obviously when they get knocked out the icon will dissapear, there will be a speech bubble where you can input your own message about your team, say 'arggh, we should of won the match againt aston villa' etc, then the bigger the sig the more features like a render of the last man of the match faded into the background, next fixture, place in league and so on.

I was also thinking of adding a networking side to this, like facebook and the ones out there, where there will be posted news items about football things, and you can comment on them, and on your profile it will say something like 'See what Jason has to say about Rooney going to Stoke', and other stuff, but thats a possibility.

I just wanted to know what you all thought, because i know social sigs are popular and i know alot of people want to express there views about football, and what better way then to have it lingering under every post you make for everyone to see :)

I have made a poll to see how much interest is in this site, i didnt add a 'Maybe' as that will just make it harder for me to decide wether to open it or not, so just choose Yes or No

I know it will be hard for Yes to beat No in the poll because alot of people are not really in to football, so im really talking to the people who are.

Thanks, Alex.
