How to find out my AS results?

It's been about a year and a half - two years since I left 6th form and I never picked up my AS results, so does anyone know how I could get hold of my results? I left after sitting my AS exams.
Like what would I have to do to get hold of them?

If your school has a website you can login on you should be able to view your results?

Contact the sixth form, or the exam board.

Just go into the school and go to the secretary or the records office and ask for them there, bring some id though.
