When I was members, that place underground near the bank guy and nonstop fire was brilliant. I havern't got membership until later so for now where is a decent place to cook ALOT of raw food?

Your talking about rouges den there.

Best place in free is probably varrock east, as it's near a stove & bank. (The rune essence bank, not the big one.)

Common Misconception, only player made fires give a higher change of burning, and it's also a range next to Varrock bank.
