1.6 is steam version if im not mistaken?
for the non steam version i believe its 1.5 so maybe torrent it?

I actually can't find a shop that stores it, CSS is easy to get but can't find cs normal :p

It's so hard to get it on disk, back up Steam with all the files onto your USB and put the game directory too, then just log in and launch it and play ;) I'll let you use my acc :)
