What bank allows under 16's to do online banking?

Hey I'm with natwest and I can't do online banking because I'm 15 and you have to be 16. So what banks will allow me to do online banking because its so annoying seing if my money from paypal has gone in my account and having to go to a cash machine to look?

HSBC do. Use it very often, got the account when I was 14, came with debit card. Was called a Livecash account, think its MyMoney now ?

I'm 15 and I have a debit card, it has loads of limits and that it's a Solo card.

i have an ExpressCash account with em n im 14

you get online banking account for use with paypal and stuff, and you get a VISA electron card, you can use it in cash machines (ATMs), in like shops and stuff :)
