UnReliable habbo competitions?

Proof of habbo either being biased to players or plain dumb as abstarrrrr's room (which won the Infected penguin comp) along with tutu1's Has a pilot penguin given out on the 12th... Sounds like nothing? the comp ended on the 11th so how does she have the 12th penguin in her room? like please they wouldn't read any emails past 11:00 at night :l.

They could have made the rooms with w/e penguins they had then continued adding penguins as they got them, then 'habbo' screenied the room's as they were at the time being.

To give them an idea which rooms stand a chance? That way they don't have to skim through 500 rooms with no wallpaper and a penguin on a lodge occasional table.

Maybe its just so they can see your room, if you look at one of the winning rooms lost_witness is at the door, unless they are dressed as him.

If you read all the stickys on the homepage, you will know thats not the results and they are due soon. There just ramdom rooms lost_Witness visits and he takes pics

1) The next day penguin is released at 11PM each day, the entries could of been sent in after that?

2) You can blatently see Lost_witness in two of the screenshots, He has to go to the rooms to see if you still have it + if you actually made it?

Erm no screenshots were sent in.
This competition was random rooms that were chosen. There was NO closing date.Im sure there will be more. If staff liked a room, they published it here. I didn't send in an entry anyway.

Also -penguins = 11pm at night. Habbos could enter a closign date one by getting the penguin and sending screenshots to habbo before 11:59pm - still valid.
