Hello,

WOW Technologies UK are looking to hire (3) Enthusiastic Sales Representatives.

With rapid expansion due in the New Year, we're needing Sales Representatives to keep up with the growing demand expected.

Requirements;

This is a remote position
Multiple day and night shifts available; early morning to afternoon (GMT) preferable
Basic knowledge of Linux systems
Knowledge of Internet related software (email, FTP, etc) a must!
Basic understanding of the concepts that make the Internet work (DNS, backbones, TCP/IP, protocols, etc.)
Excellent written communication skills in English is a must
Fast keyboard typer
Ability to work extended hours
Must have *excellent* problem solving skills
Ability to easily retain information, as the amount of information to learn is quite extensive
Excellent "people person" skills
Need to be proactive, a fast learner and must enjoy working on a dynamic environment
Patience (a must) and willingness to help customers is mandatory
You will be thoroughly tested
You must NOT simultaneously work for another company


Responsibilities;

Answer customer support inquiries and requests
Troubleshoot user problems
Handle accounting related issues
Monitor uptime of services
Handle sales to prospective customers



Payment is stricly comission based!

I wouldn't say we've been hit, but we have seen less orders coming in compared to previous months. But with recession and Christmas, it can only be expected.

The industry always picks up around Feb/March, but we're also expanding into non-hosting services in the New Year.

Along with Uplodu being added to our string of websites also.

Just a quick update, one position has been filled, leaving TWO still open.

We're looking to fill these positions by December 18th.
