So i buy the Wii Fit with Shaun White's Snowboarding and Rechargeable Pack for £113 and i pay extra del charge for Saturday Delivery so in total it came around £119. However after i ordered the package i thought oh wait, shouldnt i get a email saying its been received and the item is being sent out to me?

Come saturday, still no email or a email saying i have a £10 off code (Spend over £100 and get £10 off next order) So no sort of notice saying my order was even received, i decided to phone up the customer support and see if they did get my order, Oh wait they asked me for a order ref number, which i simply didnt have (duh!) so after some searching via postcode and name ect they found my order, which was actually sent out for me to get saturday, while i was on the phone my package came (waheyy! so i thought..) so i told the women its came now, it doesnt matter thanks anyway. Forgetting about the whole '£10 off code for next order..) i opened my package to find.. the Wii fit and nothing else. No game or rechargeable battery pack..

So i phoned back up but this time i had a ref number which was on my invoice (waheyy!) and explained i just had a order which i recevied no email saying it was being sent out or £10 off code for another order and the fact im missing TWO items which i have paid for (Money was taken from my bank for the total price inc game and battery pack) she said she'll resend the email to my account after we checked the email on record and send the game and battery pack out..

A week later, still nothing.. then i had a phone call saying it was being looked into and that the game and battery pack was out of stock (although when i ordered the package it was IN STOCK) so i said.
"Cant you send them to my local Argos store?"
"Sorry we cant do that, and your local store dont have them in stock either, can you get to coventry to pick them up?"
"Erm, no sorry thats not good enough, i've waited a week already i want the game and battery pack."
So the customer service guy said he'll push my order and get them sent out.

Another week later.. nothing.. and another week.. nothing.

So i ordered the package exactly FOUR WEEKS and SIX DAYS ago, and i STILL dont have the game or battery pack just the Wii Fit.

And i've heard NOTHING from Argos for two weeks now.

What should i doooo!!!

I was thinking of doing that but i thought there might be some sort of service i could phone and say look can you help me get my money back or something from argos?

As to get my money back i would have to return the wii fit also, which they dont sell alone which i dont want to do..

Ring, speak to a manager. Make a formal complaint.. and say that you want compensation because the service was unacceptable.

Yes, you paid for the service, and they have not provided it in full to you.

Or come over to Coventry? It's not that far ;)
Pick it up and make the complaint at the same time. I know you should haven't to pick it up, but it might just be easiest.

Phone them up. If it gets you no-where right a formal letter and send it by next day recorded delivery to prove they receive it quickly and all, and you will have access to someones signature who got it.

I've done that a few times with starbucks, borders and cardburies and had brill results.

Sorry but Argos are total crap. I use Amazon because the service is majorly quick, and you get a CHOICE of who to buy it from and as soon as you purchase an item the item's stock status updates. To sum up, Amazon > Argos. I hate when you order things and they only send one though (Amazon get around this by splitting packages for optimum speed).
