Allergies to food?!

I've heard of people with nut allergies, ect but what do eating those foods do, anyone know?

I think if it's severe enough an allergy it causes severe rashes in the throat and mouth, resulting in you not being able to breathe.

I used to be allergic to nuts when I was smaller.. You get weird lumps in your mouth and your throat feels tickly and swells abit

Dunno, some people have it less serious than others.

Mine's probably one of the most serious.

When I was small I had to carry an epipen around because I was so seriously allergic to nuts etc If I ate anything with nuts in and didn't have my epipen then I would probably die cos of anaphylactic shock.. it means you have trouble breathing and theres a sudden drop in blood pressure which means you end up choking

I have a pretty serious nut allergy, ate a hazelnut in Italy once which was in a buiscuit and it caused me to have swelling, vomiting and I was unwell for the next few days. Not nice. The people who I was staying with claim that it was the magnum I had earlier when it was blatently the buiscuit. (Cos they gave me the buiscuit to eat and they thought the little bits in it weren't nuts.//nutters)

My little cousin is allergic to nuts
It's pretty serious tbh it closes up your throat or something and makes it hard for you to breathe
She's got something called an epipen and you basically have to stab it into their thigh if they have an allergic reaction
